I am so thankful to Chandra for always going over and above. She not only arranged our trip perfectly but also arranged travel protection for our trip. This was a blessing as we had a situation during our trip and had to make a claim with Allianz when we returned home. Chandra took charge of the claim process and even completed and submitted all our forms for us. She made it so painless and even got our claim approved within only a few days. Thanks to Chandra---we had the most amazing time on our Crystal cruise!!! She is truly the best travel agent I have ever encountered.
Her phenomenal attention to details and understanding all of our different food requirements for our trip was superb. She was always available to answer any questions ---even at 3am!! She reached out to the cruise line ahead of our time to make sure everything was perfect for our family. Even had champagne and chocolate in our room for our Anniversary. She even reached out during our cruise to see if we needed anything. Her customer skills and dedication is beyond words can describe and her heart is even better---she genuinely cares that we have the best experience possible. The last flight out of paradise was canceled, it was 1 am, my phone was about to die, I was going to be stuck in the tiny airport until late the next day. Who did I call? My travel agent, Chandra! Although the middle of the night for her, she answered my call and worked diligently to get me in touch with my travel insurance and a place to stay. After all was settled, she continued to advocate for me with the cruise line that had left me and 60 others stranded on an excursion. She worked tirelessly to get me compensation for the ordeal. Chandra planned our Summer trip to Baltic cruise for 16 of us. She was very meticulous about her communication throughout the whole process from planning, during & after our trip. We had a fun & memorable trip!!
She made sure we had the best guides during our trips. She was available to talk us if we had any concerns & would make the changes immediately!! When we missed our connecting flight, she managed to book us on a next flight while the airline staff was struggling to reroute us.

We recently used Chandra to help plan a cruise for a group of 8. She not only was able to get us an absolutely AMAZING deal (price-wise), but she also went above and beyond in caring for our party. We had an awesome and wonderful time at the Grand Velas at Puerto Vallarta. The resort was fabulous and so appreciative that Chandra recommended this resort!
Chandra also made sure that the resort and staff knew all our dietary preferences which made the trip better than ever. She also made sure the excursions would be something that our boys would never forget.

I recently booked my third trip with Chandra. I never thought I would be brave enough to travel alone with my two kids but Chandra has made it so easy for me. She's held my hand and guided me through the entire process. She found the best flights and accommodations that fit my budget and were appropriate for my family needs.
